The Vice-President considered that this effort is necessary to encourage marine management so that fishermen can increase their capacities and expand their network of cooperation.

The Vice President also called on SSNU as an organization hosting fishermen to begin this empowerment step by working with relevant institutions so that the capacity and well-being of fishermen under SSNU can be improved.

In addition, cooperation should be conducted with various institutions, both those of an authority and banking financial institutions, especially on the issue of technology for improving the quality of innovation. “Then the organization will lead corporate efforts and if it can be done, God willing, there will be results,” he said.
