The Indonesian representative in The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition was eliminated

After an emotional dialogue with the candidates, we (Niharika and Chatri Sityodtong) agreed to remove Paulina from the competition.

Jakarta (medialnews) – Paulina Purnomowati, the Indonesian reality show representative who brings up physical and business challenges, “The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition”, had to be eliminated from the event despite struggling emotionally with challenges.

Paulina, based on the organizers’ official statement, was judged by the jury, in this case Niharika, as less than optimal on Tuesday, as she brought the team to the brink of failure and the concept offered, namely holding a trade fair event for the Jakarta International Expo (JI Expo), was not yet mature enough.

“After an emotional dialogue with the candidates, we (Niharika and Chatri Sityodtong) agreed to remove Paulina from the competition,” Niharika said in his official statement.

Prior to scribbling, five participants of “The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition” completed the prepared challenge stages that began with physical challenges. It’s just that this time it isn’t as difficult as the previous challenges.

The remaining five entrants were Paulina, Jessica, Louie, Monica and Irina, along with ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong meeting footballers from Boys’ Town Singapore. Also playing with the children at the charity foundation founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948.

After undergoing physical challenges, all participants faced business challenges led by billionaire brothers Prajna and Karuna Murdaya. The participants further collaborated to organize a trade show event for the Jakarta International Expo (JI Expo) and its potential customers.

They are also tasked with creating a marketing presentation highlighting JI Expo’s state-of-the-art facilities, technology and services. Jessica, Monica and Irina initially positioned themselves as project managers. However, Paulina was chosen because of her local expertise in Indonesia.

The “Morina” Alliance (Monica and Irina) criticized Louie for staying in her comfort zone and not taking enough risks. Louie notes that Monica and Irina’s bond is very strong. Ultimately, each candidate assigns his or her specific role.

In the individual sales department, Irina was aggressive in building rapport, but she was also too one-sided in her delivery. Niharika thinks that Paulina lacks energy and enthusiasm. Chatri said Louie was flat, while Karuna said he looked nervous and stiff. Prajna says Monica did well, but was too dominant in her delivery.

In the conference room, Chatri congratulates the top five for getting this far in the competition. But he also said the show was “very boring and crunchy,” and he was disappointed that the team was taking the safe path with the company’s stereotypical presentation.

“This is a competition in which only the fittest survive. This is not your grandfather’s apprentice (This is not your grandfather’s apprentice), ”ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong said earlier.
