VIVA – The Supervisory Board (Dewas) of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Harjono revealed that his party had not received a report regarding the issue of the decree (SK) for the deactivation of 75 KPK employees who did not pass the National Insight Test (TWK) on the status of the Civilian State Apparatus (ASN).
“Nothing so far,” Harjono said once confirmed by the media team on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
It is known, not only about the deactivation decree, that KPK chairman Firli Bahuri was also arbitrarily judged by a number of parties related to the National Insight Test (TWK). Firli is believed to be making rules that circumvent Law No. 19 of 2019 regarding the KPK and PP No. 41 of 2020 regarding the transfer of KPK employees.
A total of 75 employees who failed TWK, through SK Firli Bahuri, were asked to submit their duties to their direct supervisors. Even though some of the 75 people are investigators or investigators who are currently dealing with major corruption cases.
