The captain of the Persib Team is ready to follow a group training

Eid al-Fitr holidays aren’t completely without training, either. The trainer’s program is very helpful

Jakarta (medialnews) – The captain of the Persib Bandung team, Supardi Nasir, is ready to undergo his inaugural training scheduled for next week after a long vacation of more than three weeks.

Supardi is not concerned about starting a group exercise program as he is confident that his physical condition will be maintained throughout his independent training program.

“Eid al-Fitr holidays are also not completely without training. The coach’s program is very helpful. Of course I am ready to train together later,” Supardi said on the club’s official website on Monday.

The player with shirt number 22 explained that the coaching team asked the players to keep fit through independent training before the Eid holiday, so that when they started training together again, they did not start their training level from scratch.

Supardi and other players hope that the physical fitness improved during the Menpora Cup tournament will be maintained.

That way, he said, players will have no trouble getting their best performance.

“We hope that everything goes well and that preparations for League 1 2021 will not start from scratch,” concluded Supardi.

Persib Bandung fired players from group training activities for more than three weeks after completing the 2021 Menpora Cup tournament.

As of April 27, 2021, training activities with Persib players will be closed and the team plans to reunite on May 22.
