The Bali United coach believes in the commitment of the players to train independently

Jakarta (medialnews) – Bali United coach Stefano Cugurra believes his team is committed to running an independent training program taught by the physical trainer as an effort to maintain physical fitness during the joint training holiday.

“Players will continue to run the program from the physical coach. I think all players have the same responsibility to train themselves to maintain their physical condition,” coach Teco, his nickname, said on the club’s official website on Friday.

Indeed, the Tridatu Soldier Squad has been closed since last week to welcome this year’s Eid holiday.

Coach Teco also admits that his foster children can be responsible for the coaching team’s duties while on vacation, by running any program taught to maintain their physical fitness.

Fadil and colleagues are scheduled to return to Bali next Tuesday by passing a series of smear tests before conducting the training program.

The Brazilian coach has also prepared further programs and plans to prepare the team for the two official competitions this year.

“All players will return next Tuesday (5/18). They will have to take a smear test before training with the team. Future plans for the team will need trials, this is still being discussed with management,” added Coach Teco.

This year, Bali United will undergo the AFC Cup and League 1 in 2021, so the trial event will be one of the preparatory steps before facing the two major leagues.
