Sandiaga Uno invites collaborative content creators to promote tourist villages

medialnews, JAKARTA – Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno invited content creators to collaborate to promote the beauty of tourist villages across Indonesia.

This was conveyed by Sandiaga during his visit to Mas Wisata village, Ubud, Bali, Wednesday (5/26/2021).

In this activity, Sandiaga was accompanied by two Indonesian content creators namely Muhammad Ibrahim or better known as Baim Wong and Yudist Ardhana.

“I am with Bosque aka Baim Wong and also Yudist Ardhana at Wisata Mas Village, Ubud, Bali. A village with a beautiful natural charm based on nature and culture,” said Sandiaga.

Sandiaga said that the natural beauty and cultural richness of the tourist village are gifts that Indonesia has.

Promotion through digital content should help revive the village economy based on tourism and the creative economy.

“I am optimistic that the people of Mas Village, especially its young people, will be able to take advantage of various business opportunities in the digital world, to create their own jobs so that a fair economy can be achieved,” said Sandiaga.

In the tradition of Sandiaga, Baim Wong also recognized the natural beauty of the village of Mas Wisata.

He admitted that he wanted to invite the content creators to return to the village located in Ubud to promote the natural beauty and cultural richness as well as the friendliness of its people.

“I really want to come back here. Besides, all the content creator friends want to help these tourist villages to develop so that tourism increases immediately,” said Baim Wong.
