Pulogadung Police Station provides antigen swab testing station for travelers

If the results are positive, we will prepare a quarantine place

Jakarta (medialnews) – Polsek Pulogadung, east of Jakarta, has established a health post to perform antigen swab testing for travelers who have just arrived in Jakarta.

Pulogadung Police Chief Kompol Beddy Suwendi said every resident who is domiciled in Pulogadung who has just returned from their home is required to immediately take an antigen sample test.

“People who have returned from their homes are required to take antigen samples at our station at Pulogadung police,” Beddy Suwendi said in Jakarta on Sunday.

Beddy Suwendi continued, if it is discovered that some travelers have negative antigen tests, they will be allowed to return home.

“If the results are positive, we prepare a quarantine location. If negative, we invite them to return to the residence for self-quarantine,” Beddy Suwendi said.

Earlier, the provincial government of DKI Jakarta, through the Department of Population and Civil Status (Disdukcapil), had asked returning residents to report to local RT and RW leaders in order to suppress the case of the spread of COVID-19 after the Eid holidays.

In addition to the use of the application, data collection is also carried out via the datawarga-dukcapil.jakarta.go.id site.

DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan also reiterated this provision so that residents returning home or outside of Jakarta entering Jakarta report to RT and RW in order to allow the DKI Provincial Government of Jakarta to collect data on residents and ensure the health status of those who have arrived in Jakarta.

When reporting to RT or RW management, residents are encouraged to bring population data such as KTP and KK, including COVID-19 test results, both PCR and antigen tests. If the results of the COVID-19 test are not yet available, then report yourself anyway because the COVID-19 test can be carried out by the Puskesmas which will be coordinated by the RT / RW and the urban village.

“So that this can be recorded through the Citizen Data app for the next two weeks. It will help us collect data on residents who are already in Jakarta,” Anies said.
