Jakarta (medialnews) – PSSI has ensured that the promotion and relegation system continues to apply to Liga 1 and Liga 2 for the 2021-2022 season.

Quoted from PSSI’s official website in Jakarta, Wednesday, the decision was made during an emergency meeting of the PSSI Executive Committee on Tuesday (25/5).

PSSI Chairman Mochamad Iriawan also stressed that this has also been discussed with FIFA and AFC.

The man familiarly named Iwan Bule then asked PSSI Secretary General Yunus Nusi to immediately report the issue of promotional relegation to all participating clubs in League 1 and 2.

“I have instructed the Secretary General to respond to letters of application from League 1 and 2 clubs with requests for competition without relegation, the content of the letter reflecting the results of the close discussions and consultations with FIFA and AFC by Exco PSSI. PSSI’s decision is final, “he said. Envy.”

PSSI plans to hold Liga 1 2021-2022 from the beginning of July 2021, between 3 and 7, until March 2022.

While Liga 2 is rolling out 14 days after the start of Liga 1 and is expected to end in December 2021.

The certainty that the competition will continue is still awaiting the issue of a crowd permit from the National Police.

The Assistant Chief of Police, Inspector General of Police, Imam Sugianto, said the National Police would issue a permit for the mob by the end of May 2021.
