medialnews, MANCHESTER – The Paris Saint-Germain coach is aiming his side to score at least two goals at the Etihad Stadium, against Manchester City in the Champions League semi-final second leg Wednesday (5/5) early in the morning, time of Western Indonesia.

The reason is that PSG carried the burden of the 1-2 defeat they suffered in the first leg at Parc des Princes a week ago.

To reverse that gap, Pochettino said PSG need to be able to appear balanced, aggressive and clinical whenever they get the chance at Etihad.

“We have to find a balance between possession and counterattack. We have to be clinical, aggressive and ready to play for 90 minutes,” Pochettino said at a pre-match press conference reported by the PSG official website , Monday evening.

“We have to score two goals to reach the final, that’s what we’re going to pursue,” he added.

Pochettino is aware of the overall score while forcing his players to be willing to take risks and be courageous if they want to change things.

On the other hand, the Argentinian tactician has not yet guaranteed whether his star, Kylian Mbappe, will be able to appear at the Etihad.

According to Pochettino, Mbappe still undergoes a separate training session from the squad, but whatever decisions are made regarding Mbappe, he stressed that his squad must always be confident in the potential of the squad.
