Office of the High Prosecutor investigates alleged corruption in COVID-19 aid to NTB

VIVA – The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor’s Office has started investigating allegations of corruption under the COVID-19 social and economic assistance program for the Gemilang Social Safety Network (JPS).

The prosecutor asked one of the directors of a regional company (BUMD) NTB for clarification regarding public reports concerning JPS Gemilang on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.

NTB Attorney General’s Chief of General Affairs and Public Relations, Dedi Irawan, confirmed the summons. He said the case is currently still in the data collection (Puldata) and information collection (Pulbaket) stage.
