Jakarta (medialnews) – Players of the Indonesian national team are ready to compete in the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers for the Asian Zone, which will take place in June 2021 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
“God willing, we will give the best for the Indonesian national team,” national team defender Rifad Marasabessy said on the official PSSI website in Jakarta on Friday.
In total, 28 Indonesian national team players will undergo the final three matches of Group G 2022 World Cup qualification, all of which will take place in June in the UAE.
The Garuda team will fight Thailand on June 3, 2021, then Vietnam on June 7, 2021, and the United Arab Emirates on June 11, 2021.
Before that, coach Shin Tae-yong’s team will face two test matches in the UAE, against Afghanistan on May 25 and Oman on May 29, 2021.

The national team will fly next Monday morning from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
