medialnews, JAKARTA – Manpower Minister (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah is pushing for strict sanctions against violators of the rules on the granting of vacation pay (THR) for workers or manual workers.

Therefore, as the D-7 Lebaran 2021 period enters, the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is strengthening oversight and law enforcement aspects to ensure THR payments go through. smoothly in accordance with the provisions.

“Previously we focused on THR related information and consultation services, so now we are strengthening the oversight and law enforcement aspects against THR rule violations,” Ida said in Jakarta, Friday (7/5).

Ida called on Governors, Mayors and Regents to step in and immediately resolve any complaints made to the THR Posko that was created.

He also called on regional officials not to hesitate to impose sanctions according to their authority for violations of the THR rules.

The religious post THR 2021 of the Ministry of Manpower noted that 1,569 reports were submitted during the period of April 20 to May 6, 2021. This number included 670 consultations and 899 THR complaints.

The THR 2021 Postal Report includes various categories of industry sectors including retail, financial services and banking, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, medical devices, food and beverage industry. , etc.

Some of the THR payment issues that were the subject of complaints included not being paid at all, paid in part, paid in stages by agreement or without agreement, paid without money, and the company did not. could not do so due to the Covid-19 pandemic. .

The secretary general of the Ministry of Manpower, Anwar Sanusi, said his party has deployed labor inspectors at central and regional levels to oversee the implementation of THR payments.
