Kaesang declined to respond to the PSSI Congress

Jakarta (medialnews) – PT Persis Solo Saestu’s general manager, Kaesang Pangarep, declined to comment on the PSSI Ordinary Congress in Jakarta, Saturday (5/29), in front of reporters.

“The thing is, League 1 is a fixed price. That’s all,” said Kaesang, who was accompanied by several members of the Paspampres as he passed before reporters after the Congress.

Kaesang himself focuses on the promotion of Persis Solo to League 1. For this reason, he has recruited top national players such as Alberto Goncalves, Marinus Wanewar and Rivaldi Bawuo.

The presence of President Joko Widodo’s youngest son at the PSSI Congress became a concern as it was his first chance to participate in the Congress as a voter.

In addition to the 26-year-old man, there was another figure who really stood out at the event, namely the owner of the Liga 2 club RANS Cilegon FC who is also a celebrity, Raffi Ahmad.

Raffi and Kaesang even had time to shoot a video with Menpora Zainudin Amali and PSSI General Chair Mochamad Iriawan which was then uploaded to Instagram.

“Hopefully success for all of us. League 1 and 2 are going well,” said Raffi.

The 2021 Ordinary PSSI Congress was held Saturday (5/29) at a hotel in the Kuningan area, Jakarta. The event was attended by 87 PSSI voters, delegates and invitees.
