Indeed, the secretariat of BCN Interpol Indonesia has officially sent a letter of submission for the publication of the red notice of Jozeph Paul Zhang.
“The request for issuance of a red notice from the Interpol Indonesia NCB Secretariat sent a letter to Interpol headquarters in Lyon, France. We are awaiting the process from Interpol headquarters. Hopefully the red notice will be released soon, “Rusdi said in Jakarta on Thursday (4/22/2021).
Rusdi explained that this red notice would later be useful in reducing the space reserved for Jozeph Paul Zhang who was in Germany.

“Of course, the movement will be further reduced and to anticipate if the affected person makes further efforts. The Red Notice is very helpful in resolving the JPZ case,” he said.
For information, the national police are still looking for Jozeph Paul Zhang, who is said to be in Germany. The owner of the name Shindy Paul Soerjomoeljono has officially become a fugitive.
On the other hand, the national police are trying to put the name of Shindy Paul Soerjomoeljono in a red notice addressed to the secretariat of BCN Indonesia through Interpol headquarters in Lyon, France.
Jozeph Zhang’s name went viral after posting it to his YouTube account, which was deemed defamatory of Islam. One of them is a statement calling himself the 26th Prophet.
In this case, Jozeph Paul Zhang was suspected of having violated Article 28, paragraph 2, of the ITE Law on SARA Speech. Apart from this, Jozeph is also suspected of violating article 156 letter a regarding blasphemy.
