Federal Oil Gresini’s Competitive Strategy Maximizes Motorcycles in Italy

Jakarta (medialnews) – Federal Oil Gresini Moto2 (FOGM2) rider Fabio Di Giannantonio (Diggia) will use a competitive strategy, namely to maximize communication with the mechanical team by paddock in order to optimize the Kalex motorcycle with a Triumph engine in Moto2 Italia 2021, Sunday.

Based on qualifying on Saturday (29/5), Fabio Di Giannantonio will start the race from a fairly good position, number five, after scoring 1: 51.355 seconds. Meanwhile, his teammate, Nicolo Bulega, was in 24th place, posting a time of 1: 52.455 seconds.

Diggia felt he could sharpen his time record, but the rain on the Mugello circuit forced the rider to hold back in order to maintain his condition and that of the bike during the race.

For this reason, during the race, Diggia wants to maximize the coordination of the mechanical team so that the Triumph motorbike with 3 cylinder 765cc displacement can speak a lot on the 5245 meter circuit.

He said he would “run with heart” to make all Federal Oil Gresini Moto2 fans proud.

Fabio Di Giannantonio in a press release on Sunday explained: “I can say that the qualifying course this time is very difficult, with unusual conditions as well.”

“We still have problems in the corners and we are still looking for the right combination for the front, but so far in fifth position it’s not too bad,” he said.

“It’s a shame, because I want to be at the forefront at Mugello, we have to make improvements to be more competitive here,” he said.

Nicolo Bulega said: “We struggled a lot and were very far from ideal on the bike. It’s not that far away, but it happens in every part of the track.”
