DPD RI President supports Kadin’s efforts to increase the number of entrepreneurs

medialnews, JAKARTA – President of DPD RI AA LaNyalla Mahmud Mattalitti supports the efforts of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) which wants to increase the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

LaNyalla believes that this step could be a solution for economic recovery at regional and national levels in the midst of a pandemic.

“Kadin and all parties must help each other to encourage the increase in the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This is one of the ways to open up bigger jobs and of course reduce poverty, ”LaNyalla said in her statement Thursday (4/22).

Senator from East Java (Jatim) said that entrepreneurship plays an important role in the economy. Especially in the MSME sector which has been shown to be able to survive compared to other sectors in times of pandemic.

“The creation of these young entrepreneurs is a must. But a program which is really comprehensive and easy but which still fulfills a good quality and competence,” said the former president of the PSSI.

By creating new entrepreneurs, LaNyalla said, Kadin could cooperate with youth organizations or other community institutions.

He also encouraged the holding of entrepreneurship trainings with participants from various youth, student and community organizations.

“Within Kadin there are many successful entrepreneurs who are able to pass on their knowledge and become their companions in starting a business,” said former president of East Java Kadin.
