Young people tend to invest in the real estate sector to use it as a place of business. To realize their ambitions, they did not hesitate to collaborate with KPR banks.

A number of developers are also trying to reach the young market segment by building office retail properties with a 2-in-1 concept, namely two-storey retail properties, where the top floor is for office activities, while the bottom floor is for other businesses.

“Hana Business Square is a concept that is very popular with both the general public and young people who want to open a business and office in one two-story storefront,” said Hyronimus Yohanes, Harvest City’s Sales & Marketing Director, as he handed over the keys to Hana Business Square Phase I to consumers.

Hana Business Square is a commercial and office space strategically built in the middle of the Harvest City area. In a short time, this retail space became popular with consumers, most of whom were young people.

According to Hyronimus, or more commonly called Ronny, Hana’s products are very suitable for young people because their designs are modern and different from the storefronts around Cibubur.

In terms of price, the development of Hana shopping area is also very fast. The initial price in September 2023 is IDR 800 million, now for the same type it has reached IDR 1.2 billion.

“This means that prices will have increased by 40% within nine months. For the second phase of Hana stores that will be opened, prices are expected to reach IDR 1.2 billion and could go up to IDR 2 billion,” he said.

According to him, this could happen because Hana shophouses are considered luxurious, elegant and high quality. Besides, the price of IDR 2 billion is still affordable compared to other places around Cibubur, which reach IDR 3 billion.

GM Marketing & Sales Harvest City Rymond Santoso emphasized that Harvest City is the largest area in East Jakarta compared to several other developers in the area.

With a large land potential, future development will be even greater. With toll access at various points to Harvest City, such as the Transyogi Route (Cibubur – Cileungsi – Jonggol), this area has become a favorite place to live, especially after the commissioning of the Jatikarya and Nagrak toll gates which are part of the Cimanggis -Cibitung Toll Road.

“So it’s not surprising that Harvest City is expected to develop more than other developers in the area over the next decade,” he added.

Raymond also said that it will be easier for consumers to facilitate the purchase of Ruko Hana in the second phase due to the collaboration with twenty banking partners, making it easier to access mortgage financing.
