BATIK, as Indonesian cultural heritage, which was inaugurated by UNESCO on October 2, 2009, has become one of the most valuable cultures in Indonesia. The designation of batik as cultural heritage has contributed to batik becoming popular among all levels of society.

This makes a number of textile industries produce batik to meet the batik needs of the community while preserving this cultural heritage.

One of them, Batik Benang Raja, carries batik motifs from traditional to modern types. The batik industry, established in 2013, has expanded to several cities in Indonesia.

In addition to the affordable price, namely batik hem starting from IDR 19,900, Batik Benang Raja offers a wide choice of motifs such as parang batik, mega mendung batik and written batik.

He hopes that the presence of his store in a number of cities can meet people’s clothing needs in batik and other accessories and increase public awareness about preserving Indonesian culture.

“People can also be proud to use batik in their daily lives because there are many customized batiks for daily use and of course they are in fashion,” he concluded.
